Aline Ivars vit et travaille à Paris.
Graphiste-illustratrice de formation, elle peint et expose à l'international depuis 10 années.
Son univers, fragile et puissant, est peuplé de figures sans âge, étranges et surréalistes qu’un fil d’or semble toujours relier au réel.
Ancrée au sol et s’enracinant dans les réalités de ses voyages, elle s’inspire de la terre et de l’humanité pour en extraire une poésie universelle.
Le choix des matériaux, bruts, perdus, quotidiens renvoient à une vérité crue d’où l’artiste tire une à une les émotions qui transparaissent dans ses œuvres.
La brutalité de la terre, sauvage et des relations, humaines est à chaque fois un prétexte à l’envol et à la songerie, tantôt mélancolique, lumineux, céleste ou
fantomatique.
Déconstruisant le réel, elle crée des personnages entre-deux, aux regards
saisissants, qui invitent l’humain à penser un autre équilibre entre la terre et l'asphalte, la lumière et l’obscurité, la tension et le lâcher-prise comme une réflexion sur l'existence temporelle et spatiale de l'homme.
C'est par le biais de résidences artistiques (Paris, Dakar, Pékin), lieux d'échanges et de création, Aline Ivars s'imprègne de différentes cultures et puise son inspiration.
Ces expériences hors du commun la transforment alors en une sorte de "filtre sensoriel" consacré à l'Art.

Aline Ivars lives and works in Paris.
Trained Graphic designer and illustrator, she has been painting and exhibiting internationally for 10 years.
Her fragile and powerful universe, is inhabited by strange and surrealistic ageless figures which a gold wire seems to connect to reality.
Anchored to the ground and rooted to the reality of her travels, she is inspired by the Earth and mankind from which she extracts a universal poetry.
The choice of materials (rough, lost, taken from the daily life), refers to a blunt truth from which the artist drags every emotion reflected in her work.
The brutality of the wild Earth and of humans relationship is a starting point for daydream and reveries which can be light and bright or melancholic and sometimes ghostly.
Deconstructing reality, she creates hybrid characters with striking eyes, inviting people to think of another balance between soil and asphalt, light and darkness, tension and let-go as a reflection on the spatial and temporal existence of human beings.
It is through artistic residences (Paris, Dakar, Beijing) that are places of cultural exchanges and creation, that Aline Ivars got infused from different cultures and finds her inspiration.
These extraordinary experiences the then transform into some sort of "sensory filter" devoted to Art.
